Trainer Development
Objectives
This program is designed to give the Trainer the necessary knowledge and skill in:
- designing a training course,
- developing a training manual
- learning the skills to create a Needs Analysis
- developing an Evaluation and Follow-up process
Outcomes
Delegates will acquire the skills to:
- Develop a Training Needs Analysis
- Applying Task Analysis
- Writing Learning Objectives
- Creating a Lesson Plan
- Developing the Training Course
- Understanding the different Training Modes
- Creating Training and Delegate Evaluations
- Matching Training to Job content
- Post Training Follow-up
- Working with Kirkpatrick’s Model
- Maintaining Course documentation
Throughout the training, the delegate will be actively involved in designing a training course from beginning to end using the course content.
Who will benefit
Any person, who is a trainer or educator, either in the IT industry, Human Resources or education field and is required to design a training program.
