Objectives

This program is designed to give the Trainer the necessary knowledge and skill in:

  • designing a training course,
  • developing a training manual
  • learning the skills to create a Needs Analysis
  • developing an Evaluation and Follow-up process

Outcomes

  •             Writing Learning Objectives
  •             Creating a Lesson Plan
  •             Developing the Training Course
  •             Understanding the different Training Modes
  •             Creating Training and Delegate Evaluations
  •             Matching Training to Job content
  •             Post Training Follow-up
  •             Working with Kirkpatrick’s Model
  •             Maintaining Course documentation

Throughout the training, the delegate will be actively involved in designing a training course from beginning to end using the course content.

Any person, who is a trainer or educator, either in the IT industry, Human Resources or education field and is required to design a training program.
