Train the Trainer
Objectives
The objective of this program is to equip trainers of all disciplines to effectively communicate and develop positive Human Relation Skills with their delegates. They will be shown ways of motivating and growing their delegates to their full potential.

This course is registered with the Services SETA (decision number 0494).
This course is approved by the CAA (Civil Aviation Authority)
Outcomes
Delegates will aquire the skills to:
- remember names and have the ability to recall them months after
- re-visit all aspects of communication skills to get the message across clearly
- understand professional image to be taken more seriously
- develop positive attitudes towards themselves and their delegates
- know when to apply the techniques of Coaching, Training and Facilitating
- know and practice the fundamentals of coaching
- become more flexible in all situations
- understand the principles of adult learning
- choose a training venue and ensure correct room layout
- demonstrate correct use of visual aids and equipment
- overcome disruptive behaviour
- understand the different learning styles and design a training session around them
The Trainer will be better equipped to deal with any situation in a training environment as they will have a better understanding of coaching and motivating their delegates to achieve a greater retention rate with each course. They will achieve more confidence in the training arena as they will be trained to International Standards and as a result will have a greater impact on the organisation.
This course is practical to enable experiential learning. All exercises are video recorded and the delegate will receive a personalised DVD.

Any person who is involved as a trainer or educator, either in the IT industry, Human Resources or education field.
