Supervisory skills and management course

Objectives

This programme is designed to develop supervisory skills through the use of various communication tools which will create a greater amount of confidence for the delegate in their relationships towards others. This process will assist in achieving personal and organisational objectives. The delegate will have the skills to develop and enhance more positive attitudes towards themselves, their peers and subordinates, and through this, develop stronger bonds that will give them a clearer view of their development within the organisation.
