Leadership and Assertiveness Program

Objectives

The objectives of this programme are to develop leadership skills through the use of assertiveness. The delegates will have the opportunity of discovering their own potential that will give them the confidence to relate towards others. This process will help to develop their leadership skills and assist in achieving personal objectives. They will be able to develop and enhance their attitudes towards themselves and others and through this, develop stronger belief systems that will give them a clearer view of their future.

• Handling tasks and people more enthusiastically to enhance team work.

• Identifying what makes people tick and adapting personal behaviour to ensure positive relationships.

• Identifying and challenging our belief systems to set and accomplish meaningful goals.
• Building positive rapport with others by demonstrating sincere appreciation.
• Overcoming negative attitudes and turning complaints and criticism into positive relationships.
• Creating more time for organising and leading others
• Have the ability to recall information quickly to ensure we have the edge in all situations.
